簡介
開光,又稱開光明、開眼、開明、開眼供養,就是新佛像、佛畫完成要置於佛殿、佛fo室shi時shi,舉ju行xing替ti佛fo開kai眼yan的de儀yi式shi。在zai佛fo教jiao中zhong,隻zhi有you經jing過guo開kai光guang後hou,佛fo像xiang便bian不bu是shi原yuan來lai的de木mu雕diao石shi塑su,而er具ju有you宗zong教jiao意yi義yi上shang的de神shen聖sheng性xing,受shou到dao佛fo教jiao徒tu的de頂ding禮li膜mo拜bai。
過程
開光時,先將佛像安好,誦經及咒語,奉請菩薩安座,然後請高僧為佛像開光說法。《黑穀燈語錄》中說:“開眼者,本是佛匠雕開眼,是事開眼;次僧家誦佛眼真言,誦大日真言,則成就佛一切功德,此謂開眼也。”所以它是為佛像舉行一種說法儀式。
開光時,由於佛菩薩的功德不同,主法者所說的法也有所不同,並且主法者常常會提到為佛像開“六通”,即眼通、鼻通、舌通、身通、意通。
儀式
kaiguangyishiyibanshizhufazhexiannaqixinmaojinzaifoxiangqianzuoyigecafoxiangdedongzuo,biaoshiyaofuquzhongshengxindishangdegouchen,tongshishuoyishoujiyu,zansongfopusadegongde;其次再用鏡子向佛像正麵對照,用鏡子一照,表示垢除淨顯,明心見性,真正見諸法的本來麵目,說幾句寺院、佛像完成了因緣;然後主法者拿起朱砂筆,再說一首偈語,將朱砂筆向佛眼的方向作一個“點”的動作,因為眼睛代表了智慧,所以點開佛眼,開發眾生的內在智慧,最後大喊一聲“開”,整個儀式就完成了。
儀規
規(gui)模(mo)大(da)的(de)寺(si)廟(miao)新(xin)佛(fo)像(xiang)安(an)置(zhi)較(jiao)為(wei)隆(long)重(zhong),一(yi)般(ban)要(yao)舉(ju)行(xing)開(kai)光(guang)法(fa)會(hui),這(zhe)也(ye)是(shi)我(wo)們(men)常(chang)見(jian)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)法(fa)事(shi)活(huo)動(dong)。在(zai)繁(fan)多(duo)的(de)宗(zong)教(jiao)儀(yi)式(shi)中(zhong),地(di)域(yu)不(bu)同(tong),各(ge)自(zi)的(de)法(fa)定(ding)儀(yi)規(gui)也(ye)不(bu)盡(jin)相(xiang)同(tong),但(dan)從(cong)總(zong)體(ti)上(shang)說(shuo),絕(jue)不(bu)能(neng)違(wei)背(bei)經(jing)典(dian)的(de)規(gui)定(ding)。
開光法會的儀規最早見於北宋太平興國五年(980),北印度烏填曩國傳法大師施護在開封太平興國寺譯經院譯出的《佛說一切如來安像三昧儀軌經》。該經指出,佛像塑畫雕造完成後,就要舉行安像慶讚活動。首先選擇吉日良辰和結界勝地,其次在此處設置傘蓋、幢幡、香花、水果、燈(deng)明(ming)等(deng)佛(fo)供(gong),接(jie)著(zhe)由(you)身(shen)著(zhe)莊(zhuang)嚴(yan)如(ru)法(fa)的(de)阿(e)闍(闍)黎(li)入(ru)佛(fo)堂(tang)安(an)像(xiang),並(bing)同(tong)弟(di)子(zi)們(men)一(yi)心(xin)觀(guan)想(xiang)如(ru)來(lai)一(yi)切(qie)圓(yuan)滿(man)之(zhi)相(xiang)。然(ran)後(hou)合(he)掌(zhang)作(zuo)禮(li),瞻(zhan)仰(yang)聖(sheng)容(rong),以(yi)淨(jing)香(xiang)花(hua)等(deng)佛(fo)供(gong)獻(xian)於(yu)佛(fo)前(qian)。入(ru)定(ding)心(xin)、離疑念,誦咒三遍,請一切佛安住於此,受此香花、燈、果、飲食等供養。複次,安置佛像坐西麵東,並用黃布覆蓋。阿闍黎作觀想佛如一聚火,如來真身諸相圓滿,然後以“唵阿吽”三字安於佛之身上。“唵”字安於頂上、“阿”字安於口上、“吽”字安於心上。若是金、石、tongdengfoxiang,jiuyaotushangxiangyou,yongcao,shuazishuaganjing,ranhouyonggewujilezansong,sengrenfusongxiangzanzhenyan。zaiyongshengmanxiangshuihewubaowuyaohuaguodejingpingguanyufoxiang,zailingsengzhongqisongjizan,bingzuogewujile。ruoshihuaxiang,yaoyongjingzizhaozhi,zaiyiqianshuwuzhongjingshuituyujingshang,muyujingzhongyingxiang。zaiyiciyinsongzhuyizhenyan、安耳真言、安發髻真言、安指甲真言、安髭須真言、獻塗香真言、安an莊zhuang嚴yan真zhen言yan等deng等deng,然ran後hou依yi灌guan頂ding儀yi軌gui將jiang佛fo像xiang置zhi入ru曼man荼tu羅luo,誦song本ben尊zun真zhen言yan三san遍bian。一yi切qie供gong養yang儀yi式shi具ju足zu之zhi後hou,開kai眼yan師shi用yong筆bi作zuo點dian眼yan姿zi勢shi,這zhe是shi為wei佛fo像xiang開kai眼yan之zhi光guang明ming,再zai誦song開kai眼yan光guang真zhen言yan二er遍bian。這zhe時shi,佛fo像xiang即ji已yi開kai光guang。誦song完wan開kai眼yan光guang真zhen言yan後hou,令ling施shi主zhu弟di子zi入ru曼man荼tu羅luo,齊qi誦song護hu摩mo真zhen言yan、增壽真言、息災增益真言,使眾生普獲吉祥。這時,阿闍黎即教化施主結緣,施利增福,金銀財帛等隨心布施。複次,比丘、比丘尼、優婆塞、優you婆po夷yi也ye施shi以yi財cai物wu,令ling福fu德de更geng具ju圓yuan滿man。曼man荼tu羅luo之zhi內nei所suo供gong財cai物wu,必bi須xu都dou歸gui阿e闍闍黎li,其qi它ta人ren不bu得de享xiang用yong。當dang這zhe套tao儀yi軌gui全quan部bu進jin行xing完wan後hou,即ji可ke收shou壇tan。這zhe是shi密mi宗zong的de作zuo法fa,與yu漢han地di佛fo教jiao有you所suo不bu同tong。
佛fo教jiao中zhong任ren何he儀yi式shi都dou具ju有you一yi定ding的de表biao法fa意yi義yi,開kai光guang也ye不bu例li外wai。佛fo教jiao認ren為wei,我wo們men眾zhong生sheng從cong無wu始shi以yi來lai,就jiu受shou到dao無wu明ming塵chen垢gou的de汙wu染ran,而er不bu能neng徹che見jian諸zhu法fa的de真zhen理li,所suo以yi需xu要yao開kai發fa我wo們men內nei具ju的de智zhi慧hui。唐tang代dai神shen秀xiu禪chan師shi說shuo過guo:“身是菩提樹,心如明鏡台,時時勤拂拭,勿使惹塵埃。”所以,在開光儀式中,行使主法的人拿起毛巾向佛像作拂塵的動作,這是表示要拂去眾生心地上的垢塵;用鏡子一照,表示垢除淨顯,明心見性,真正見到諸法的本來麵目;用(yong)朱(zhu)砂(sha)筆(bi)點(dian)向(xiang)佛(fo)眼(yan),是(shi)因(yin)為(wei)眼(yan)睛(jing)代(dai)表(biao)了(le)智(zhi)慧(hui),所(suo)以(yi)點(dian)開(kai)佛(fo)眼(yan),開(kai)發(fa)眾(zhong)生(sheng)的(de)內(nei)在(zai)智(zhi)慧(hui)。如(ru)果(guo)眾(zhong)生(sheng)沒(mei)有(you)智(zhi)慧(hui),對(dui)諸(zhu)法(fa)妄(wang)起(qi)分(fen)別(bie),就(jiu)如(ru)眼(yan)睛(jing)有(you)病(bing),見(jian)到(dao)空(kong)花(hua),還(hai)執(zhi)為(wei)實(shi)有(you),所(suo)以(yi)需(xu)要(yao)除(chu)去(qu)眼(yan)病(bing),發(fa)掘(jue)原(yuan)有(you)的(de)般(ban)若(ruo)智(zhi)慧(hui)。也(ye)有(you)人(ren)研(yan)究(jiu)論(lun)證(zheng)開(kai)光(guang)這(zhe)種(zhong)儀(yi)式(shi)來(lai)自(zi)道(dao)教(jiao)和(he)民(min)俗(su),佛(fo)教(jiao)在(zai)流(liu)傳(chuan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)受(shou)到(dao)原(yuan)有(you)中(zhong)國(guo)文(wen)化(hua)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),將(jiang)其(qi)援(yuan)入(ru),這(zhe)也(ye)是(shi)佛(fo)教(jiao)中(zhong)國(guo)化(hua)的(de)突(tu)出(chu)表(biao)現(xian)之(zhi)一(yi)吧(ba)。
